Many of our readers have asked what is going on at the corner of Constitution and Aquiles Serdan at the former site of the parking lot for Gutiérrez Rizo's Supermarket, the fish market and restaurant.
Demolition of the previous structures has been completed and construction has started for the new condominium project of Rincon de Almas.
Rincon de Almas plans to consist of 38 bioclimatically designed units of 1 and 2 bedrooms with an option for 3 bedrooms. There will be underground parking and two elevators.
The rooftop area will feature a large pool, wellness center, gym, terrace and a pool/sports bar.
Rincon de Almas was designed by award winning architects Derek Dellekamp and Frida Escobedo.
