The annual Mismaloya Fishing Challenge 2017 will be held this year on Saturday, December 2.
The entry fee is only 200 pesos.
The fishing boats will take off from Mismaloya Beach beginning at 7:00 am and must return by 12:00 noon.
The catches are weighed to determine the winner.
This is a no category fishing tournament and the heaviest fish wins and the winner takes all.
You'll want to stick around as the beach restaurants cook up the catches and mix up some amazing ceviche.
