It is a gourmet tradition.
We celebrate 23 years of positioning our destinations of Puerto Vallarta, Riviera Nayarit and Tepic at the top of the international cuisine. Our gourmet fans will delight in an exclusive event prepared like never before.
This year, the International Gourmet Festival will take place from November 10 until November 19, 2017.

Every night gourmet fare at twenty-eight restaurants from 6:00 pm until 11:00 pm - It is tradition for resident chef at each partner hotel and restaurant to play host to an invited master chef and together to spoil their guests during the Festival. Each master chef creates a la carte Menu of its own with his signature dishes. Make reservations directly at the your favorite place.
