Lupita D' Alessio

On Saturday, September 29, experience Lupita D' Alessio 9:30 pm, at Teatro Vallarta.

Lupita D' Alessio is considered one of the best voices and interpreters of Mexico.

Enjoy the successes of "La Leona Dormida" (The Sleeping Lioness) that have marked generations and also unreleased material from the new album.

Señora Presidenta

La Gonzalo Vega is Señora Presidenta at Teatro Vallarta on Sunday, September 30 at 8:00 pm.

As usual, Gonzalo Vega brings to life the character of Martin and Martina with her distinctive Northern accent to entertain men and women of all ages.

Gonzalo Vega, in a special performance, tackles sexuality, human relations, diversity of thought between men and women, without missing the political comments, and is accompanied by a great cast.

This work has made millions of people laugh out loud during its 19 years of success.

Una Cena Con-Movida

Una Cena Con-Movida will take place at Teatro Vallarta on Sunday, October 7, with two shows at 6:00 and 8:30 pm.

A hilarious comedy of tangles that you will "charge you" with laughter starring Juan Soler, Olivia Collins, Héctor Soberón, luisa Fernanda, Polo Ortín.

Tickets are 220 pesos for general seating, 320 pesos for preferred seating, 420 pesos for preferred special seating.

The Lady in Black

"La Dama de Negro" with Odiseo Bichir will take place on Friday, October 12, with shows at 7:00 and 9:30 pm.

"The Lady in Black" travels towards the edge of the unknown and a traveler goes into the swampy lands of mystery. Spectral visions and corrosive cold are their companions on the journey.

The Lady in Black seizes the imagination of the audience. With this lady of dark clothing and look, you lose the tranquility and the sane. With many years of full houses at the Fortune Theatre in London, this work of horror and unusual mystery in the Mexican scene is something that you should see.

Tickets are 300 pesos for general seating and 350 pesos for preferred seating, and there is a 20% discount if you purchase three tickets or more.

El Cerdo

El Cerdo with Jesús Ochoa will take place on Saturday, October 13 at 7:00 and 9:15 pm.

El Cerdo is a successful comedy, "Strategy for Two Hams" from Raymond Cousse of France and based on the novel which has been translated into twelve different languages and represented in over twenty countries.

The monologue is a rare gem of dramatic literature which is extraordinary, original, and provocative while telling the story of a pig before being led to the slaughterhouse. Far from showing fear, the animal is happy to be sacrificed and become food. From that serenity, the pig becomes surprisingly a philosopher who made a very sharp criticism of life, family, politics, sex and consumerism.

It's a zany spectacle that provokes laughter and reflections.

Ballet of Montreal

The perfection, elegance and beauty of the Ballet of Montreal by Eddy Toussaint will be performed on Sunday, October 14, at 7:00 pm.

The Eddy Toussaint Ballet was founded in Montreal in 1974 and from there derived its name.

The company had the privilege of being the first in Quebec to dance in Washington, D.C., under the invitation of U.S. officials. The company's repertory consists of the classical works more famous and extraordinary choreography of Mr. Toussaint, as well as of other choreographers, whose works are based on the classical technique.

Mr. Toussaint's style characterizes the union of classical ballet and all other styles of dance. In fact, he uses all the elements of dance and even social dances to show what he wants to express.

His greatest inspiration always comes from the music that he uses, which becomes a canvas for his creations, regardless of their origin. As a result, his varied repertoire contains elegance, beauty, technique, and the emotions of classical dance.

In 1990, the Ballet of Eddy Toussaint became the Sarasota Ballet. Mr. Toussaint brought his dancers, costumes, performers and their experience to Florida. There he created the special program for underprivileged children called "Dance - The Next Generation." This program includes a period of 8 years training, from primary school to the University through agreements with the University of South Florida and that allows the children to continue their academic studies while at the same time receiving training in classical dance.

This school follows the Russian Vaganova ballet technique, and has produced dancers of high level who have been recruited by the National Ballet of Canada, the English National Ballet, Alvin Ailey Dance Theater, and many other prestigious companies of dance from around the world.

On his return to Montreal and after working in Russia, the Czech Republic and the United States, Mr. Toussaint again took his place in the artistic community of Canada. In September 2011, the new company made their debut in Des Arts, the central point of the great art of Montreal. This new company is made up of artists who followed him to Montreal to establish a link between the two dominant cultures of Montreal. It will have residence in the Centro Cultural Leonardo Da Vinci (French) and the Segal Centre (English).

A celebrated worldwide success, this "outrageously funny and surprisingly sweet exploration of the gender gap" (Chicago Sun-Times) has both sexes roaring with laughter and recognition.

The wildly popular comedy written by Rob Becker has become a peacemaker in the ongoing battle of the sexes. After the show, couples are often seen affectionately nudging each other and strolling into the night holding hands. Attention Ladies: DRAG YOUR MAN TO A SHOW HE'LL ACTUALLY ENJOY!

Enrique Guzman

Enrique Guzmán (born 1 February 1943) is a Mexican singer. He is the father of Mexican singer Alejandra Guzmán by his former wife, actress and politician Silvia Pinal.

Enrique will perform at Teatro Vallarta on Saturday, November 3, at 9:30 pm.

Enrique Guzmán was born in Venezuela to Mexican parents. They moved back to Mexico when Enrique was 12. He studied medicine at the Universidad Nacional Autónoma de México although he did not complete his studies.

Guzmán has been a rock star in Mexico throughout the last half of the 20th century, known primarily for his translation of 1950s rock standards, such as "Jailhouse Rock", for Spanish-speaking listeners. In 1958 he joined "Los Teen Tops," along with the Martínez brothers and piano player, Sergio Martel. In 1959 they debuted in the US on CBS radio, and they released their famous version of "La Plaga" (Good Golly Miss Molly). He also wrote several hits for himself "Pensaba en tí", "La Ronchita", and for other Latin stars.

Tickets are 700 pesos for general seating, 900 pesos for preferred seating, 1,100 pesos for preferred special seating.

Hungarian Dance Company

Hungarian Dance Company Miskolc at Teatro Vallarta will be performed on Sunday, November 11, at 7:00 pm.

One of the most renowned dance companies of Hungary, Miskolc, includes 20 dancers.

The program is dedicated to the traditional Hungarian, Transylvanian and Gypsy dances including new dances based on the technique of folklore, also accompanied by modern music, demonstrating the new vision of dance.

The new production of the assembly is to demonstrate "the traditional and the new" to the public, showing tradition and respect for the Hungarian culture, represented through the dances of the Carpathian in original and spectacular style.

A Night of Passion

"Una Noche de Pasion" will be performed on Saturday, December 8, at 7:00 and 9:30 pm.

Produced by Omar Suárez, Una Noche de Pasion is a fun and witty comedy. Fernando De la Riva (David Zepeda) is a young writer who was cheated and the rights of his book "Abyss of passion" were stolen. He returned to prove plagiarism by Don Gregorio (Alexis Ayala) and Doña Paz (Sabine Moussier), who are the editors who stole the rights to his book.

Coming as a thief in the house to find evidence leading to Patricia (Angelique Boyer) who lives in the House of Don Gregorio and next to his personal assistant Bonny (Carlos De la Mota) an Assistant, leads to misleading information to the researcher, Jason Luengas Melo (Salvador Zerboni), who hires Doña Paz to investigate the true relationship between Don Gregory and Patricia. Since you suspect that her husband is cheating on her, in the confusion and tangle, Fernando pretends to be the boyfriend of Patricia, triggering the most amusing confusion in this comedy.
