All of you sit down, take a deep breath and check out these early morning pictures below that I took up at Esciuela San Quintin. I do believe that the coronavirus had a positive result during the year's closing of the school. Obviously the parents, grandparents, kids, and the village as a whole have a new conception of what should be done to have a positive school year, and it shows.
Took literally a truck load of stuff - from beds and mattresses to school supplies to fun things - up there and was pleasantly surprised at the improvements of the school yard, etc. For those of you who have contacted me and said you have things to take up let me know (eddbissell@yahoo.com) and will be glad to come by and pick it up, as I go up at least once a week.
And for those of you coming to the area, throw a few things into your suitcases and bring them with you. Somebody in the village can use anything from clothing to old lipsticks to hair burshes to whatever that you are throwing away.
Hope this impresses you all as much as it did me...
