Invitation: On February 17 2022 we hope that you will participate in our Blood Drive.

Fact: Women can donate up to every 4 months and men can up to every 3 months. Did you know that less than 1% of Vallartanses donate blood annually on a voluntary basis and that your blood donation can be used for:

  • Mothers giving birth
  • Car Accidents
  • Hospitalizations by COVID
  • Bone fractures in children and adults
  • Newborn babies
  • Cancer patients

Requirements:

  • Fasting for a minimum of 4 hours and a maximum of 8 hours
  • Over 18 years old and up to 65 years old (in good health)
  • Weigh more than 50kg (110 lbs)
  • No consumption of alcohol within the last 48 hours (not even a beer)
  • No vaccines within the last month (except Covid after 14 days)
  • No tattoos within the past year
  • No piercings within the past year
  • Official photo identification

We will be happy to welcome you at Sanmare on February 17, 2022 from 7:30am to 15:00pm
