The 12th Annual Puerto Vallarta Chili Cook-Off is only weeks away. The Cook-Off has always been a charity event and we're happy to announce that this year we are supporting Toys for Tots Puerto Vallarta, a Jay Sadler Project A.C. event.
Reserved ticket sales for the 2024 Cook-Off are available online. If you are interested in a reserved seat in a bit quieter area, that features a swimming pool, bar, table service, and food vendors, you should consider the VIP Zone: Atlantis, which includes the Poseidon Bar, where we welcome a new Cook-Off sponsor: The James B Beam Distilling Co. We will proudly be pouring Jim Beam at the Poseidon Bar, including delicious Whiskey Sours, prepared with a special Whiskey Kitchen recipe.

Who knew supporting your community could be as easy as eating a bowl of chili?
The Chili Cook-Off is the main fundraising tool for the Jay Sadler Project (JSP), a Jalisco-based non-profit doing good works in the less-fortunate communities of the greater Bay of Banderas area.
They provide necessary resources for Daycares, Senior Citizens Homes, Schools for the Disabled, and Public Schools in rural areas, working with government social agencies to identify those in need as well as with DIF on Community Relations Projects.
