The municipal government of Puerto Vallarta, through the Directorate of Social Development, continues to work in support of the families that need it most, and this Thursday another delivery of materials from the program "For a Home of 10" was carried out, benefiting 377 families from different neighborhoods of the city.
Mayor Luis Alberto Michel Rodríguez led the delivery of this support, accompanied by the Director of Social Development, Evangelina Delgado Rivera; the Deputy Directors of Social Programs and Citizen Participation, Petra Velasco Palomera and Ramón César Cuevas Covarrubias, respectively, as well as the coordinators of this sector.
The Director of Social Development informed that on this occasion 377 families from the neighborhoods Ramblases para alta y baja, Primavera, Independencia, Primero de Mayo, Presidentes Municipales, among others, received materials to improve their homes, of which 220 were supported with blocks, 35 with cement, 24 with fans and 38 with floor tiles.
He said that by providing families with these supports, they are given the ability to build safe and durable homes.
