The coaches worked so hard with their contestants to make it so difficult for the judges to select 2 finalists, so they selected 3. Big thanks to both groups and the Sponsors, Theaters and Volunteers.

We had an amazing turnout and if you didn't get a chance to donate - please remember this event not only uncovers new talent for Puerto Vallarta it is the main fundraiser for RISE Children's Shelter.

About the Cause

RISE (Refugio Infantil Santa Esperanza) has been home to hundreds of children since 2001. Some live there for months and others for years. Currently there are 20 children living at RISE from the ages of 8 months to 11 years old. The children come to RISE from DIF (Child Protective Services), but DIF is unable to provide any financial support. Therefore, RISE is 100% privately funded through donations and fundraisers.

The children go to school, receive medical and dental care, and are provided a clean and healthy living environment with loving caregivers and volunteers. Today RISE operates with a team of 18 employees and 30+ volunteers, providing all the necessities for the shelter to operate efficiently while keeping child development, safety and health as their top priorities.
