Mexico's government recently ended the practice of exotic creatures performing in circuses, leading to new residences being needed for animals including tigers, elephants and bears. Animal charity representatives say a solution can be found.
An estimated 2,000 exotic animals will need new homes from the 8th of July.
Wild animals are banned from performing in circuses in many countries, including Bolivia and Colombia, although the practice still continues in the United States and UK.
