A group of non-government organizations demanded that Enrique Peña Nieto’s government “comply with and follow through punctually with all the recommendations” recently released by international organizations, that functionaries responsible for “crimes against the civilian population” be punished, and to cease the criminalization against victims and families that are seeking justice.

As part of the conclusions of the “Forum Against Serious Violations of Human Rights” the organizations considered the conclusions made by the Interdisciplinary Group of Independent Experts (GIEI), the preliminary report from the visit of the Inter-American Commission for Human Rights (CIDH), as well as the recommendations of the High Commissioner of the United Nations for Human Rights (ANUDH,) worthy of consideration.

Those three agencies, the NGOs pointed out “enumerate and denounce grave violations against human rights attested and documented throughout the entire country.”
