Mexico's Citizens Council for Public Security and Criminal Justice, a right-wing think tank, charges that the independent investigation into the enforced disappearance of the 43 Ayotzinapa students by experts from the Inter-American Commission on Human Rights is part of a leftist conspiracy to discredit the official government inquiry.
Social organizations accuse the Council, the new Guerrero state government, and the media of seeking to delegitimize protests over the Ayotzinapa case.
