Hundreds watched as a decommissioned Mexican Navy vessel was scuppered off Rosarito Beach as part of a project to create Baja California's first artificial reef, Saturday.
The patrol boat, 'Uribe 121,' served in the Mexican Navy for three decades during which time it was used to guard the country's Pacific coastline.
