Executive Chef Francisco Aguirre and the culinary team from the resort’s 12 Tribes restaurant will prepare an elaborate New Year’s Eve Buffet with Baja favorites including lobster bisque, ceviche station, fresh fish and seafood from the grill, as well as carving station featuring prime rib, roasted rosemary lamb leg, slow cooked suckling pig, and roasted goat. Other buffet options will include salads, sushi, pastas, and of course a deluxe dessert station with eleven different indulgences to choose from. An open domestic bar will be offered from 8-11pm.

Afterward, guests will get their groove on at the hotel’s New Year's Eve Bash with live music 8pm-midnight and DJ performance until 3am.
