Mexican authorities plan to open 3 new military barracks in Guerrero. (EFE)

Given the violence that occurs today in the state of Guerrero and to strengthen security in the region, members of the Mexican Army and the Federal Police will expand its operations to three other municipalities.

These will take place in Chilapa, Zitlala and Teloloapan, at the request of Hector Astudillo, governor of the state and the citizen complaint for a more control of the area.

Last week, the Interior Ministry Minister, Miguel Angel Osorio, stated forward that in the first of these localities will begin immediately the construction of a military barracks.

It will have resources of governments, state and the Republic, "for further help in protecting this whole area," he explained.
