Whether you love to binge-watch HGTV's "House Hunters" or you're constantly checking out homes on your smartphone, you can combine those experiences with Homesnap's Apple TV app.
While users have become accustomed to using Homesnap's app to find out about homes with the snap of a photo from their phones, the Apple TV app now allows users to sync their phone and TV.
You can set your search filters on the TV and then use the Apple TV Siri remote to switch from one listing to the next. The high-resolution photos of the homes will be visible on your large TV screen rather than on your phone.
The app allows you to use voice commands to search for listings and neighborhoods. You can save homes you like as favorites and browse through recently viewed homes with friends and family so you can all see the larger photos together.
Contract or sold data also will appear on the TV screen. You can use your phone app while looking at the photos on TV since the two are linked through Homesnap. If you use the same WiFi network for your phone and TV, you can also "throw" a listing with an upward swipe from your phone to your TV.
