What Makes a Good Life? Lessons from the Longest Study on Happiness | Robert Waldinger (TED Talks)

Professors of the University of Chichuaha, Mexico, stressed the benefits of laughter as a treatment and prevention of diseases resulting from stress, reported this week.

Those are results obtained by academics from the Faculty of Nursing and Nutrition of the higher education center in the country's northern region.

Researchers Gilberto Acosta and Raymundo Rentería stated that laughter, in concept, is just a movement of the mouth and other parts of the face that shows joy.

However, they said it also benefits the heart rate, lowers blood pressure, and strengthens heart and lungs.

It also delays the appearance of wrinkles, relieves stress and depression, strengthens the immune system, and many other psychological, sociological and family benefits, according to the results of that study.
