Mexico: The Donald becomes one with Hitler, the Devil at Trump cartoon exhibition (Ruptly TV)

On a quiet street near Mexico City’s historic center is a quaint building where you can pay a dollar to see Donald Trump depicted as a Nazi.

At the Museo de la Caricatura (Caricature Museum) you can see the Republican presidential nominee cast as Julius Caesar too, or as a sympathizer of the Ku Klux Klan, or the devil, Pinocchio and the Grim Reaper.

The museum has been doing a booming trade ever since it opened a special exhibit filled with Trump sketches last week. Perhaps unsurprisingly given the controversial business tycoon’s comments about Mexico and its population, the theme is singularly unflattering.

“Trump wants to make a big wall, and he supposes that all the Mexicans should pay for it,” Alfredo Orvananos, a cartoonist with the Mexican Political Cartoon Society, told USA TODAY. “So, the answer of the Mexican cartoonists is to make a wall of cartoons.”

The exhibit rotates more than 100 drawings and has seemingly endless methods of pouring scorn on Trump’s campaign approach and his much-publicized remarks regarding immigration.

Among the more striking images include Trump’s profile silhouetted onto a drawing of Adolf Hitler, while several other pieces use swastikas or KKK hoods as part of the artwork. The kindest might be of Trump as Julius Caesar, $100 bills clutched between his fingers.

Step into the exhibit hall and there is Trump with a head full of snakes and Trump’s face superimposed on an elephant bedecked in GOP colors. There is Trump as The Grinch, Trump hair, Trump everywhere, with plenty of laughs from the museum patrons and, according to event organizers, a steady stream of visitors.
