The LGBTTTI movement is getting stronger every day and the Gay Pride Parade is a demonstration to tell the Mexican government and society that the community is growing every day, expressed the organizers of the XXXIX Gay Pride Parde in Mexico City.
"Today we are going to walk along these streets in order to invite those who have not done so because of legitimate fear, to tell them that they are not alone and that the LGBT movement is stronger and will never stop. We are going to get to the Zocalo like every year, to tell our government and our society that this is who we are, that this is our family, these are our bodies, that we are many and that we are more every day," said in the central message.
Reading the central message of the march, Alelhli Ordóñez, a member of the organization committee, said that many achievements have been attained in recent years, but the road is still long since people are still being murdered and discriminated in Mexico because of their sexual orientation.
