In too many corners of the world, violence against women and girls is growing more common, particularly in cities. The problem has become so prevalent that the United Nations has declared the 25th of every month as a day to call for less abuse of women.

That's right - the day calling for a stop to violence against women isn't just one day a year, it's a day every month, and it's known as #OrangeDay. Check out the hashtag for some inspiring content and harsh realities about what women face around the world.
