Single Mother of Five Needs Help in La Cruz de Huanacaxtle Lori Wilson - Amigos de La Cruz

Maria Elena Gomez Vargas is putting out an urgent call for assistance for a local family.

If there is anything you can do to help this single mother of five children living in extreme poverty, they could really use your assistance.

The family is currently living in a shelter without solid walls. They have nothing.

If you have items you are not using around the house, your donations would be valued and treasured.

For the kitchen, they need a table, chairs, silverware, cookware, water dispenser and cooktop.

For the two girls aged 3 and 4, they need pants and shorts, underwear and pajamas (size 4).

For the 11 year old daughter, she needs pants and shorts (size 6), dresses (size 12), underwear and pajamas.

The 13 year old boy needs pants and shorts (size 10), underwear and pajamas.

Some of the household items needed are pillows, sheets, linens and plastic storage bins for clothing.

Construction materials such as block and cement are also needed to enclose their temporary shelter. If you have some time to donate as a construction volunteer, that would be great.
