Hi dear friends and music lovers!

I am thrilled to be leading the second violin section of our orchestra at our 2 concerts. The program is exciting and different and very LATINO and fun!  

We have exciting changes to announce regarding both our 9th Annual Puerto Vallarta Chamber Orchestra Spring Concert Program and the locations where the two concerts will be held.

This year's concert will be like none you have ever heard us perform! Incorporating the spicy sounds of Latin America, will be pieces by Arturo Márquez, Alberto Ginastera, Carlos Gardel, and Dámaso Perez
Prado, among others. This concert encompassing the genres of danzón, rumba, conga, mambo, pasodoble and tango in their orchestral versions.

Under the baton of Daniel Oliveros, the program will also include the evocative music of "Luna Rumba," a local group acclaimed internationally for its highly original compositions.

Come and join us in this musical celebration of Latin American color, rhythm and "sabor!"

The first concert will be presented on Sunday, March 23, 3:00 pm at Teatro Vallarta in downtown Puerto Vallarta with the second on Monday, March 24, 8:00 pm at the Paradise Village Community Center in Nuevo Vallarta.

Teatro Vallarta is located across from Ley Supermarket at Uruguay 184, telephone is (322) 222-2545 or (322) 225-5381.

The Paradise Village Community Center is a block and a half north of the Paradise Shopping Center, across from the Hard Rock Hotel and beside the San Javier Hospital.

Suggested donation is 150 pesos for adults, 50 for children and students. Tickets are available at the door.
