Travel Channel Mexico spent five days in Puerto Vallarta filming for the production of the "Corners of my Land" (“Rincones de mi Tierra”) project which be broadcast online and on the national pay-TV channel.

With the support of the Tourism Board of Puerto Vallarta, through the Public Relations department, a team led by Humberto Urban recorded in nearby hotels and resorts such as Garza Blanca Preserve Resort & Spa, CasaMagna Marriott, Fiesta Americana and Villa Premier Hotel & Spa and other locations of this beach destination.

Recordings were also made for the preparation of various dishes, among which were specially prepared by Chef Thierry Blouet of Café des Artistes, Chef Bernhard Guth's restaurant Trio, and Chef Daniel Perez of La Palapa, as well as an intriguing interview with Chef Ulf Henrikkson of Vitea.

The 5 episodes, besides the culinary theme, have the purpose of promoting this destination on the Pacific coast in the following categories:

1. From Puerto Vallarta as a destination venue, overview, and all its attractions.

2. The culture of Puerto Vallarta (art galleries, museums, boardwalk, sculptures, food).

3. Adventure in the Sierra Madre (canopy, rappel).

4. Aquatic Adventure (diving, snorkeling, stand up paddle, flyboard).

5. Lifestyle in Puerto Vallarta (hotels, spas, restaurants and nightlife of the city).

In addition to this, three 2-minute videos were made for the website titled "Diving and Adventure in Puerto Vallarta."

These videos will be on the web portal "Corners of my Land"  to promote our destination.

It is expected that the preliminary episodes will air the first weeks of August.
