Spring has arrived and I would like to take this opportunity to thank you for all your support during the past months. It is due to you and your recommendations that we experienced an excellent winter, Easter and summer season. During the summer Gilmar was more alive than ever. We would like to inform you that we will re-open on October 8.
 
Then we will continue with our buffet breakfast, served from 8:00 am until 2:00 pm. We now offer more variety and exotic drinks such as smoothies, specialty coffees, etc. The breakfast menu will also be available with absolutely new options.
 
Lunch and dinner menu is also a new experience with more options and dishes.
 
Thanksgiving is almost here and we are ready for that. Be part of the best turkey dinner and thanksgiving celebration in Vallarta, having a real home made meal.
 
We are also ready for the a great Posadas season (Christmas party) having a quote that we are sure will fill your expectations.
 
Catering is available and we offer more sophisticated dishes than ever.

We can coordinate anything from Taco exhibitions with handmade tortillas, to buffets, to formal dishes for weddings, birthday parties etc. Any type of event is possible with all kind of budgets.

We continue with the home chef service, which has been widely accepted for people who would like to have the meal prepared in their own kitchen for private parties with all kind of budgets.
 
We would like to inform you that we have space available for dinner or celebrations of any style of event for up to 50 people. We can supply a sound system, disco lights, professional karaoke, projector, screen, entertainment. Food and beverage options are available to suit any budget.
