For the convenience of American expats and visitors living on the southside of Puerto Vallarta, the U.S. Consular Office of Vallarta-Nayarit has arranged a special trip from the Nuevo Vallarta offices to the International Friendship Club in Downtown/Old Town Vallarta.
Kelly Trainor's Consular services will be available on Wednesday, February 18 beginning at 10:00 am.
The preliminary schedule will be to offer Notary services from 10:00 until 11:00 followed by various Consular services beginning at 11:00. No appointments, first come, first served. You must arrive by 12 NOON to receive a number and be served during this visit!
Please bring the documents to be notarized, proof of identity such as a passport or driver's license, and cash in U.S. dollars or the Mexican equivalent. Each notarial service costs $50 USD or 750 pesos (correct change is required). The Consulate's notarial services do not include printing or shipping any documents.
The various Consular services beginning at 11:00 include passport renewals and replacing lost or stolen passports.

The American Citizen Services Section requires that all passport applications be filled out electronically prior to arrival. They no longer accept hand-written passport applications. All passport applications can be filled out and printed here.
You will also need correct change in dollars or equivalent pesos and photos. US Passport photos are available just down the street from the International Friendship Club at Curiel Photo Studio (please note that the charge for photos may have increased). You should have the photos taken in advance so they will be ready before your visit on February 18 to the IFC.
