Orange Is the New Black star Lea DeLaria has a new starring role – that of Grand Marshal at Puerto Vallarta's upcoming Vallarta Pride 2015.
Lea's involvement is just one of the highlights of this year's eight-day festival, which will also include fashion shows, art exhibits, gigs, film screenings, a candlelight march and a drag derby.
According to a statement from a Vallarta Pride 2015 representative, actress Lea – who is also a successful comic and jazz musician – will also attend the girls-only Big Boobs Birthday Bash on Friday May 22.
The party will be thrown in honor of Lea's birthday.
As well as hit Netflix series OITNB, on which she plays Carrie 'Big Boo' Black, Lea has also appeared on shows such as Will and Grace and Californiacation – and now she has another top name to add to her glowing CV.
Vallarta Pride 2015 takes place from May 17 to 24.
