Beading Destination Workshop in Puerto Vallarta Team Angels - Jan Huling

Here’s some excitement for you! My fellow Beadist, Nancy Josephson (nancyjosephsonart.com) and I are planning to give a joint 5 day workshop this coming April in Puerto Vallarta, Mexico!! Twelve lucky people will join us for a stay at the beautiful Hacienda Mosaico.

The bottom line; The cost will be about $1800 per person, double occupancy, for 6 nights, 2 meals a day, and all the skills Nancy and I can pump into you! We haven’t yet figured out the projects we’ll be working on, but you will leave Mexico with a finished piece of art you’ve made under our supervision. And you know it’s gonna be fun!!!

Nancy and I are still deciding exactly how the classes will work, if we'll work together or split into groups or what, but I promise it'll be wonderful! The group will be limited to 12 people, unless some folks want to stay elsewhere but come to the workshop and we can figure out that cost if need be.

A graduate of Kansas City Art Institute, Jan Huling studied to become a commericial artist. She went on to become a product designer and children's book author, and did not discover her passion for beading until her sister introduced her to the concept in 2001.

A mainly self-taught beadist, Huling occasionally teaches classes at the Peters Valley School of Craft in Layton, NJ and in different resort destinations such as Puerto Vallarta, Mexico.
