Puerto Vallarta to Host Hardwood Tournament of Hope Plan BC3

Basketball Organizer Plan BC3, LLC, is proud to announce that the inaugural field is set for the newest and brightest women's collegiate basketball tournament, the 2012 Puerto Vallarta Hardwood Tournament of Hope, supporting the National Urea Cycle Disorder Foundation.

The inaugural field will consist of the following leading academic universities: University of California-Santa Barbara; University of Central Florida; Gonzaga University; University of Louisville; Mississippi State University; Missouri State University; Oregon State University; and Winthrop University.

Games will be played on November 20, 21, and 22, 2012. The three day event will feature each team playing three games and will conclude with the Championship Game on November 22 at 8:30 pm.

The competitions will begin on Tuesday, November 20, at 1:00 pm between Oregon State University and UC-Santa Barbara; 3:30 pm, Mississippi State University and Winthrop University; 6:00 pm, University of Louisville and University of Central Florida; and game 4 at 8:30 pm between Gonzaga University and Missouri State University.

Day two, November 21, will consist of the play-off games at 1:00, 3:30, 6:00 and 8:30 pm, with the same schedule for November 22, with game 12 at 8:30 pm to determine the winner.  

Games will be played at the new state-of-the-art Puerto Vallarta International Convention Center.

Tournament resorts will be at the newly renovated Hard Rock Vallarta Resort and the newly opened Occidental Hotel.
