Eighth Half Marathon and 10K 'I Run - I Live' Competitions in Riviera Nayarit Team Angels - PVAngels

Approved by the AIMS (Association of International Marathons and Road Races), Riviera Nayarit is pleased to invite all runners and their families to participate in the “8th Half Marathon & 10K Touristic Riviera Nayarit 2016” which will be held on the main avenues of the tourist development of Nuevo Vallarta and El Tigre Golf Course located in Riviera Nayarit, Mexico.

The date this year will be Saturday, November 19 with the competitions beginning at 7:00 am.

With its flat terrain at sea level, the route is considered fast. Riviera Nayarit’s milder November temperatures and 7:00 am start time add to the appeal. Runners enjoy such pleasant distractions as lush golf courses, shaded avenues and stellar ocean views

Registered runners will receive an official t-shirt, commemorative medal to all who finish the race, competitor number, chip, hydration along the route, snack at the recovery area, and official time records published for your bragging rights.

Trophies and prizes will be presented for the first three places in each branch and category of male and female competitors: 18 - 39 years; 40 - 44 years; 45 - 49 years; 50 - 54 years; 55 - 59 years; 60 - 64 years; and 65 & older.

Whether you’re lacing up running shoes to compete or heading to the route in flip-flops as a spectator, you won’t want to miss this popular annual event.
