Chair Yoga offers you the ability to improve your health through adaptive exercise.
You are supported by a chair so you can receive yoga’s healing and restorative benefits.
Yoga can relax your body and mind, improve your musculo-skeletal fitness and flexibility, and elevate your overall health and well-being.
This one-hour class will incorporate yoga poses, chair yoga dance, and deep relaxation.
Chair Yoga Dance is an effective way to learn new movement patterns, reinforce the mind/body connection, and bring joy.
This yoga class will help students increase cardiovascular fitness, strength, mobility, and visual skills all with the use of a chair.
Classes will be presented on March 1, 22 and 29 from Noon until 1:00 pm. The class on March 15 will be from 10:00 until 11:00 am.
Instructor Bobbi Greenberg is a native Torontonian, an Experienced Registered Yoga Teacher (E-RYT) and a member of Yoga Alliance and the Kripalu Yoga and Ayurveda Association.
Requested Donation of 50 pesos, or more, to be paid at the front desk of the International Friendship Club before the class.
All funds raised will be donated by Bobbi to help the Puerto Vallarta IFC charities including the Cleft Palate Program.
Wear loose, comfortable clothing.
The International Friendship Club is located above the HSBC bank just north of the Rio Cuale in the southern section of Downtown Puerto Vallarta, where the streets Insurgentes, Libertad, and Miramar all come together at the curve. Come up the stairs, and the Clubhouse will be on your right side.
