Vicente Fox Quesada was the 55th President of Mexico, a man who made waves in his own country by being the first presidential candidate in 71 years (!) to unseat the Institutional Revolutionary Party (PRI). And after his time in office ended in 2006, he made waves yet again on this side of the border by way of his colorful responses to Donald Trump's relentless attacks on Mexico.

Using Twitter - he currently commands a following of 1.2 million - and a series of brilliant videos with Super Deluxe, President Fox deftly and hilariously sent a message to Trump that under no circumstances would Mexico be paying for "that fucken wall."
