Lobo Lui’s BBQ Shack, a successful eatery in Puerto Vallarta’s El Centro neighborhood has announced that all sales on their Winter season opening day (October 1) will be going to charity. In addition, restaurant owners Doug and Ruth Roche will institute Monday Charity Days, with 15% of all sales going to community groups supporting the people of Puerto Vallarta and surrounding communities.

“When my wife and I came to Puerto Vallarta, we said we wanted to make a difference,” commented Doug. “We support many charities. Some involve kids, some animals and pets, some families. All are trying to make Mexico a better place and we applaud their efforts, and are thankful for what we have and can contribute.”

Open from noon to 10 pm, Lobo Lui’s BBQ Shack is known for it’s unique Texas-style BBQ dishes, and is presently updating their menu to offer new options during the upcoming Winter season.

Some of the non-profit they will be supporting in the coming months include the Banderas Bay Women’s Shelter, BECAS Vallarta, SETAC-GLBT-HIV in Kids, International Friendship Club and the Vallarta Botanical Gardens among others.
