Formed December 2014, Amigos de La Cruz de Huanacaxtle, A.C. is an Asociación Civil (Mexican government recognized non-profit corporation) made up of volunteers working together in harmony to address the continuing needs of our community.

We invite you to join us on Friday, April 12 from 5:30 until 7:00 pm for our always fun Happy Hour. Xoklo Restaurant will be serving up 2 for 1 Margaritas, and a crowd favorite of Mole Coloradito de Pollo (Chicken Mole) with a glass of wine for only 200 pesos.

Are you a dentist or hygienist in the Puerto Vallarta area? If so, we need your help for our Children's Dental Clinic in January of 2020.

Dentist Dr. Gordon Croft is seeking 1 more dentist and 1-2 hygienists for the January 20-23, 2020 Clinic.

Doctors Cook and Croft from the Academy of LDS Dentists are confirmed but in order to come to La Cruz, he is in need of more staff.

Dr Croft has all the needed instruments, chairs, etc - "Just" needs your help!

Prior to January 20, the children at the Primary school (Grades 1-6) will be screened and triaged in November for the amount of dental work needed.

Set-up will begin at Noon on Saturday, January 18 at the Kids Club.

The Clinic will be held beginning at 8:00 am on January 20-22 and the Clinic Breakdown will be on Thursday, January 23.

Volunteers are needed to accompany students to/from school, collect any stray permission slips, post appointments at the entrance of the school 2 days in advance to inform parents, and to bring lunches and refreshments to the dentists and their staff.
