These days when it’s better to stay home for your own safety and that of your loved due to the COVID-19 crisis, we in the Riviera Nayarit are staying upbeat and believe this unforeseen event presents an opportunity for renewal.
We want to help you plan the best vacation of your life directly from our office at the Riviera Nayarit Convention and Visitors Bureau (CVB). That’s why we’re echoing what everyone else is saying: Don’t cancel your trip; just change the date!
Through this medium we want to open a “window” so you can peek from your home right into our beautiful destination. We’ll make sure our releases, blogs, and social media are current with tips and updates to keep you informed.
So, don’t lose faith: that trip you had planned will happen when everything gets back to normal — and our destination will be here waiting for you.
Meanwhile, take a virtual vacation and discover Mexico’s Pacific Treasure.

The most famous is Playa del Amor (Love Beach), part of the Islas Marietas, although Novillero in Tecuala is also well-known — it’s considered Mexico’s longest beach and the second-longest in Latin America at more than 90 kilometers in length. You’ll love it!
70 Bungalows, Hotels, and Resorts… The Riviera Nayarit offers a fantastic variety of options for accommodations, from the most spectacular luxury resort to all-inclusive lodgings. There’s no excuse not to have a wonderful vacation stay!
80 Yearly Events… There’s no doubt the Riviera Nayarit hosts the best events: music, gastronomy, athletic, cultural festivals, fishing tournaments, surfing, and polo, not to mention the activities the hotels host on their own. There’s no getting bored here!
8 Golf Courses… The Riviera Nayarit is a destination where luxury meets nature. Golfers can expect ideal weather year round; incredible views of the ocean, the bays, and coves; a backdrop of tropical forests and steep mountains; plus, tons of scenery on the fairways and gorgeous greens with varying degrees of difficulty.
