Riverfest is our popular charity music festival that has, since 2012, helped us raise funds to keep changing lives and make a difference in our community. From its humble beginnings as a one-day event ten years ago, Riverfest has grown into a full weekend of live music, great food and charity giving.
And we are giving this year's Riverfest extra fanfare because it will be our last, closing an important and enjoyable chapter in our history as a non-profit that unites community for a good cause.
Where: El Rio BBQ Bar, Puerto Vallarta
When: Saturday February 26 and Sunday February 27, 12:00pm - 6pm. Gates open 12:00 noon.
Why: All proceeds go to our work with kids with disabilities from low-income families. Your support enables us to offer love, support and rehabilitation to the special children of Puerto Vallarta and its surrounding areas.
What's Happening at Riverfest 10?
Our final Riverfest will be a smaller event, by advance ticket only, to guarantee guest comfort with reserved seating. You can buy tickets for either day or both! The cost of a ticket per person per day is $500 pesos, which guarantees you:
• Reserved seating - tickets are limited to less than 200 each day for comfort
• A limited appetizer served to your table
• A special Mayan Rental presents Riverfest 10 t-shirt
• A full afternoon of music for your enjoyment by the river Cuale
• Opportunity to bid on auction items & purchase tickets for a 50/50 draw
• Cash bar and more snacks, lunch or dinner available for purchase
We are thrilled to announce our event sponsor Mayan Rental! John and Linda Jameson have been long-time supporters of Pasitos de Luz and this year have stepped up to sponsor the final Riverfest event in order to help the kids even more.
This Year's Musical Line-Up
We will once again provide popular high-level entertainment from local bands. Saturday will focus on old time rock and roll and rhythm and blues. Sunday will feature latino music!
