Welcome to a brand new beginning for the American Legion in the greater Bay of Banderas area - Post 12.



Inagural Post 12 Meeting: Friday, March 11 • Murphy's Irish Pub • 12:00 pm

All current and prospective American Legion members are invited to attend the first, organizational meeting of the new American Legion Post in our area. Nominations for officers will be held and plans for the future will be discussed.

Post 12 is committed to serving all veterans in the area and we're hoping you will become an active member.

The picture below is from an early planning meeting for your new post. As you can see, a good mixture of the old and the new. We all have a place - and a say - in the new Post 12.



Renewing Your Membership Online

It's fast and easy to renew your American Legion membership online. Meanwhile, it's slow and difficult for the local post here in Puerto Vallarta to process your membership when paid here at the post with a check or cash.

So help us eliminate the paperwork and response time by renewing at the American Legion website.

Go to their Renew Membership page, sign in with your membership number and last name, make sure you put in Post 12, and then follow the payment instructions.

You may then pick up your new membership card at Murphy's Irish Pub after a short waiting period. Or you may print it out directly from the site, print, and laminate it yourself and you're set.
