Every now and then there are animal angels that make our work more fun and certainly bring gratitude to my heart.
Megan Gallagher hosted students from the The Spring Hill School who raised funds to support the spay and neuter clinic last week at their sister school in the Volcanes colonia of Puerto Vallarta.
The students raised $1,020 USD and then Megan got another generous donor, Denise Lind, who gave $1,000 USD which covered the entire clinic at Volcanes, including meals for the vet team. The students are 6th-8th graders. This is their sixth annual service learning trip Megan has hosted in Vallarta and the third spay & neuter clinic.
We are so grateful they have chosen us. Amazing! Megan hopes they can continue every year. So do we.
A special thanks to the three students who raised the $1,020 USD this year, Judah, Thea and Riley. Three students raised that much money! Thanks so much to each of you. And thank you Denise for the $1000 USD donation for this clinic.
All of us at PEACEAnimals are very grateful. We sterilized 147 animals this week thanks to all of you.
