Isla Cuale will be turned into an island of mystery and exciting experiences. There will be face painting, ofrendas, katrinas, loteria games, arts, special shows from the students of Universidad Arkos, music, food/drinks and “Tours de Muertos” in the Island.
Schedule of Events:
4-7pm: Face painting booth with artists for both kids and adults. Cast of Catrinas, Disney & lots of colorful characters for you to choose.
4-6pm: Special Dias de Los Muertos live show featuring the students of the Universidad Arkos.
5-10 pm: Food & Drinks Section is always Open serving Mexican snacks like atoles, tamales, tacos, ceviches y más. Agua fresca, cold sodas y más!
6pm: Join in fun Lotería games with prizes! Everybody is a winner on Isla Cuale!
6:30-7pm: Music and more from renowned local singing artist Diego Guerrero and his Mexican guitarist.
7-7:30 pm: The exquisite sounds of Hector Aguiar on his violin to soothe the soul.
7:30-8:30pm: “Tour de Muertos”, English version. Thrill to 5 actors telling stories of legends/myths as you follow a guide around the island.
8:30-9pm: More entertainment from award winning singer Enoch and his guitar playing accompanist Danesh.
9-10pm: “Tour de Muertos” repeats as above but this time in Spanish.
Free admission! Come Early! Stay late! Enjoy all that Isla Cuale has to offer.
Amigos de La Isla Cuale’s mission is to restore and sustain what they call the “Green Heart of Vallarta” – La Isla Cuale. We envision a safe haven where locals, expats, and tourists come together as a community to enjoy the arts, culture, nature, and history of the last remaining green space in PV.
