Although the regular monthly meeting of Post 12 will not take place this Saturday as previously reported, we will be holding an Executive Board meeting on Friday, November 18 at 4:00 pm at Murphy's Irish Pub.
It was decided that as a new Post we need the continuity of scheduled meetings. Even though it is an E-Board meeting, regular members are invited to attend and comment, but in a non-voting capacity.
Post 12 - Get Involved
Your Post 12 is a fast-growing and active Post. We are active in the community and actively working to help all veterans in the Banderas Bay area. Your voice, ideas, and input are required if we are to become the type of Post we envision. The type of Post that carries out the American Legion's goal to be a "patriotic veterans organization devoted to mutual helpfulness."
The Banderas Bay Legionnaire is the periodic newsletter of American Legion Post 12. If you own a local business, either veteran-owned or one that appreciates those who served, we invite you to advertise to our membership.

PuertoPalooza: November 19
ThePuertoPalooza music festival is being held at the new Blake's Restaurant & Bar situated on the 2nd floor of the new Puerto Mágico.
All your favorite bands will be there playing on two stages. Information, and tickets, are available until Wednesday here.
Tickets are also available locally at Blake's Restaurant & Bar, Nacho Daddy, Escondida Sports Bar, and Captain Don's.
Toys For Tots Golf Tournament: December 10
Registration to play in this year's Toys For Tots Golf Tournament will be held entirely online.
