• Bring your official identification.

• You must be at least 18 years old and weigh at least 110 pounds to donate blood.
• You will be asked to fill out a health history form.
• A nurse will give you a physical exam to make sure you are healthy enough to donate.
• The donation process itself takes about 15 minutes.
• You will be given a snack and a drink after donating.
