Literary Week was a HUGE success, and we would like to extend our deepest gratitude to all of our wonderful volunteers. Each person brought their own unique magic to the events throughout the week. We welcomed 1400 students during the daytime activities and over 450 participants in the afternoon events. Promoting our love for literature makes us happy from the bottom of our book loving hearts.
We would like to extend our deep appreciation to Grupo ProSayulita and Friends of Sayulita for sponsoring the transportation for the students from the Sayulita public schools to be able to attend our literary week activities.
We started the week off with an energy filled rally. The enthusiasm from all of the children was infectious!
Our workshops through out the weeks helped children cultivate their love for literature using their creativity and imagination.
Adult poetry night at El Gallo brought together those who appreciate and enjoy poetry. There was a sense of community in the air with a shared passion for spoken word.
Gathering around the bonfire created a warm and inviting atmosphere where we could connect over shared stories, and lots of pizza.
We culminated the week with a closing party where children could showcase their work, and the efforts of all participants were recognized.
Summer Camp - Coming Soon!
Summer camp is almost here! We are offering two weeks of enriching experiences during summer break. Lots of fun activities have been planned to keep the children engaged and active including classes such as arts and crafts, cooking, sports, dance, and more.
Tentative dates have been set for July 31st through August 11th, from 9am-12:30pm. Enrollment will be held on July 24th and 25th in person at Entreamigos. Come join the fun!
