On Halloween night, October 31, there will be a Golf Night Out (Torneo de Golf Nocturno), organized by Grupo Vidanta at El Nayar Golf Course, Mayan Palace in Nuevo Vallarta.

The fun begins at 6:00 pm for the first annual Golf Night Out: Day of the Dead Edition.

Teams of four will play ten holes in A Go-Go format with a shotgun start at 7:30 pm.

The prize for the golfer to hit a Hole-in-One on Hole #2 is a Golf Club Car.

There will be Closest-to-the-Pin prizes on Holes #2 and #9. The prizes for the winners of each hole will be the First Place winner receiving a Gift Certificate from Liverpool for 7,500 pesos; Second Place will receive an Android Tablet; and Third Place with receive an Ipod dock.

Tournament prizes

First Place
• Winner's Trophy for each team member
• Fishing Excursion for 8 (a certificate for each member of the team plus 4 extra tickets)
• Eight tickets for Swimming with the Dolphins by Dolphin Discovery at Aquaventuras Park (2 tickets for each golfer)
• Eight tickets for the Canopy River Expedition Tour (2 for each player)
• Eight tickets for the Canopy Tirolesa Tour (2 for each player)

Second Place
• Trophy for each team member
• Eight tickets for Swimming with the Dolphins by Dolphin Discovery at Aquaventuras Park (2 tickets for each golfer)
• Eight tickets for the Canopy River Expedition Tour (2 for each player)
• Eight tickets for the Canopy Tirolesa Tour (2 for each player)

Third Place
• Trophy for each team member
• Eight tickets for the Canopy River Expedition Tour (2 for each player)
• Eight tickets for the Canopy Tirolesa Tour (2 for each player)

There is a minimum handicap of 60 required to register, and the cost will be 1,500 pesos for club members and 1,850 pesos for the public. The registration fee includes green fees, LED light, raffles, food and drinks throughout the event, including beverages on the course and the awards ceremony.

For non-players attending the event, the entry is 450 pesos which includes snacks and beverages.

To summarize: we're expecting a big party.
