The Women to Women 2013 Fashion Show will be a dazzling event that celebrates ten years of service to the Jaltemba Bay Area.

Join your friends and neighbors on January 29 for a delicious meal, stunning original fashions created by Mexican designers that will be worn on the runway by many of the original ladies who modeled back in 2003!
Don't miss this girls' day out event- admittance is only by advance ticket sale, first come, first served basis.
Tickets are available each Thursday at the La Penita market, in front of Soley's restaurant on the square. For the first time, you will be able to use credit cards to purchase your tickets online for singles or a whole table . The donation ticket is $40 US per person.
The dynamic co-chairs for the Tuesday, January 29 event are Linda Gibbs and Val Schrowe, who are busy organizing the details for the anniversary event.
"This year's fashion show's theme is a luau, perfect for our ocean-side venue, at Thomas Bartlett's estate in La Penita," said Linda.
The fashion show is offering a silent auction in addition to the ever popular 50/50 raffle.

Val explained, "The Fashion Show proceeds enable us to help fund several very worthwhile local projects: the Cancer de Mama Clinic for breast cancer survivors; awarding ten university scholarships to local deserving young women; purchasing supplies for the TAP after school Youth Program art and craft materials; and new for this year, funding a breakfast program for 24 junior-high students (foodstuffs provided by the government, a cook and kitchen supplied by us). We welcome donations of any amount." Sponsorships are also available.
