Do the doctors speak English?

Yes, our doctors speak both Spanish and English fluently.

Can I use my insurance?

We can directly bill most of the American and Canadian insurance. We will need you to request a letter of benefits to your insurance company. In case we cannot bill the insurance we can provide you an invoice with detailed charges which you can submit to your insurance company for reimburse in case you do the payment.

Can I pay with a card?

Yes, we accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover if you visit our offices. If you request a visit we accept Visa, Mastercard and Discover.

Can I pay with US dollars?

Yes, we accept pesos and USD as methods of payment.

I ran out of my prescribed medicine, can you help me with a new prescription?

Yes, we can provide you with a prescription for your medication. However, some medicines may not be available in Mexico, or may be found with a different brand name. You can give us a call or visit any of our offices for help.
