Our story began in 1997 when Wayne Franklin, a real estate broker with over 30 years of experience in the USA and Mexico, founded Tropicasa Realty in Puerto Vallarta. With over 200 years of combined experience, our agents have had extensive real estate experience and some have had their own companies to add to their extensive knowledge and experience.
To ensure that you have a positive Puerto Vallarta real estate experience, all members of our agency are affiliated with the Mexican Association of Real Estate Professionals (AMPI), which was presided over by Wayne Franklin from 2002 to 2007. Tropicasa Realty is also a member of several reputable associations including the U.S. NAR (National Association of Realtors), ICREA (International Consortium of Real Estate Associations), and FIABCI (International Real Estate Federation).
Our Puerto Vallarta real estate agency is known in the community for our established relationships and ability to collaborate with other real estate professionals, which results in 75% or more of our transactions being completed in conjunction with other agencies. This ensures buyers will see all the Puerto Vallarta real estate for sale that meet their needs, whether they are listed by Tropicasa Realty or not. And for sellers, this means that their property will be exposed to all potential buyers through the two Puerto Vallarta MLS systems (Multiple Listing Services), of which Tropicasa Realty is an active member.
The growth and development of Tropicasa Realty has resulted in Puerto Vallarta and Banderas Bay developers entrusting their developments to our agency. We are currently involved in promoting some of the best developments in the region.
All Tropicasa Realty agents work closely with attorneys and authorized developers, mortgage companies, title and escrow companies to assist and protect all our customers.
At Tropicasa Realty, our agents are here to put your needs first. If you have questions about the real estate market in Puerto Vallarta or Riviera Nayarit, we are always available to answer.
Vallarta Pride arises from the initiative to create an Association that promotes and defends equality for the LGBTQ+ community, to celebrate the amazing diversity, promoting at all times, to feel proud of our nature.
